I AM SICK OF THIS!! WHERE DID THIS START? WHAT TO DO.

Welcome to my blog. Today is more like a rant. Sick and tired, angry and

simply tired of handling the hacking and attempts to defraud and steal, that

describes me.

I have been handling issue after issue for the last few weeks. The first clue was

Netflix. I got an email stating my email address was changed. What? NO. We

did not change anything. Think it was a phishing attempt? No. It was in fact

someone who decided to change my email address and password to Netflix

to their garbled information and use my money to pay for their videos, oh, and

they needed a better, more expensive package than I have. Netflix acted clueless

but fixed all the information. Prior to Netflix we used GoDaddy for a business phone

smartline---and gave a debit card for payment for one year of services over the phone.

THIS MAY HAVE BEEN THE LEAK. Then the debit card number was used in Brazil for whatever crap they wanted to buy online. Only one charge was allowed to actually finalize.

It takes a week to get that money back, but it is only temporary until the bank has a chance

to evaluate the fraud.

But wait, yesterday, someone hijacked my messenger in Facebook and was sending my

friends messages over messenger. THEY KNEW IT WAS NOT ME. Ok, Facebook, I have

always been sick of you and your "community standards" YOU ARE NO HELP TO ME.

I am looking into buying a better identity theft insurance from Zander Insurance. I just feel

like I have to. I do not have the problems some have like credit cards and cars and medical insurance fraud, mine is very petty but annoying.

The take home message today is: double check everything and don't forget to change your

passwords from time to time. My satellite dish was stolen here at my office so my tv channels are going to be limited. THIEVES ARE EVERYWHERE! BEWARE.

I do not work so hard on finances so that a criminal will benefit.. I HAVE A NEW MOTTO:

DO NOT TAKE MY KINDNESS FOR WEAKNESS.

THAT WOULD BE A MISTAKE.

WISHING YOU A GREAT FALL! TAKE CARE.

It is easy to believe that a person would have to make a lot of money every year in order

to retire well, that is, with a lot of money available for retirement. No longer to have to

work for a living, but to live off of retirement savings and possibly drive an RV around

the country sightseeing. Right? YOU WOULD BE WRONG.

Thomas J. Stanley, Ph.D. wrote a book titled "The Millionaire Next Door" (I recommend

that you read this book) wherein he studied the millionaire population in America. He was

asked by a large money center bank in June 1980 to conduct a study on these people, and

he wrote a book about it. If you recall, Oprah had Dr. Stanley on her show once (2004). Dr. Stanley listed seven factors about people who become wealthy--the number one factor was

THEY LIVE WELL BELOW THEIR MEANS.

Fast forward to 2019 and Chris Hogan with the Dave Ramsey team published a new book that I have mentioned before "Everyday Millionaires". I also recommend you read this book

too! Remember it takes reading and learning to do better, and wealthy people are nonfiction readers, it turns out. In his book, Chris Hogan debunks the lies you have been told about who are the millionaires and how they got there. You will be surprised. Happily surprised because ANYONE WHO IS WILLING TO DO THE WORK, BE DISCIPLINED AND LEARN TO SAVE CAN DO VERY, VERY WELL IN RETIREMENT.

THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE MILLIONAIRES ARE HIDING IN PLAIN SIGHT, RIGHT BEFORE YOU! DON'T BE FOOLED.

As I have said many times, there is a process to getting out of debt and saving for college and retirement. If you do not know where to start, a financial coach is a great investment in your future, and your children's future, and your grandchildren's future.

Call for help. Get started, you can do this. Do it now.

YOU CAN BE A MILLIONAIRE
THE NEXT MILLIONAIRE! YOU!!

Why is it so hard for folks to understand simple math and the idea of saving something for a rainy day? I talk to people daily about how they need to stop spending so much money on stuff they don't need. Every day I see people eating two meals in the cafeteria but later tell me that there are money problems. It is very hard to do, but sometimes you have to point the finger at yourself.

Everyone has made mistakes with finances and believe me--even if you pay off everything, you will still attempt and sometimes will be successful at doing stupid things with your money. The temptations are always there to purchase something great, and we get busy in our everyday lives and fail to notice our spending. Dave Ramsey will tell you that he has a PhD (doctorate degree) in DUMB. I encourage you to watch his life story on YouTube and you will understand why he does what he does for a living.

But- not being able to eat and pay the utility bills should tell you something is wrong when you are working hard every day!!

STOP and THINK about how you can do better with your finances.

If you need help, the charges for my services will be WELL worth it when the light bulb moment occurs and you become gazelle intense about getting out of debt. Once the bulb is lit, there is NO STOPPING YOU!

Don't wait, do something.
